REGISTRATION

Walk in registrations will be held January 7th,
2012 from 12.00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Antelope Valley High School in Lancaster,
CA. LAST DAY FOR SIGN-UPS IS MARCH 1, 2012.
The cost is $155.00 per athlete, and $10.00 off for each additional athlete. ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE DUE
AT TIME OF SIGN-UP - (NO EXCEPTIONS - Unless prior arrangements have been approved). To help expedite things at registration, please down load and fill out
the following forms and bring them to registration or the first day of practice along with a copy of birth
certificate.

of conduct and medical release form.
Practices will be held at Antelope
Valley High School in Lancaster on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00
p.m. to 7:30 p.m. beginning January 10th, 2012.
